Law firm website design · United Kingdom

Make your expertise clear. Turn trust into qualified enquiries.

People seeking legal help need to know whether you handle their matter and what happens next. We design law-firm websites that make your expertise understandable and the consultation enquiry straightforward.

Discuss your law-firm website

For small and mid-sized UK firms seeking a clearer public website and a more useful first enquiry.

01 / The decision before the click

Uncertainty should not stand between a good client and your firm.

01

Visitors cannot tell if you handle their matter

Broad practice-area labels can hide the service someone needs. Use plain language to explain who you help and where your scope begins.

02

Expertise is buried in the site

Make solicitor profiles, relevant experience and firm-approved credentials easy to reach from each practice area.

03

The first enquiry asks too much, too soon

Long free-text forms invite unnecessary detail. Start with a proportionate enquiry and explain how your team will follow up.

02 / What we design and build

Law firm website design services with trust at every step.

Practice-area architecture

A clear page map for your services, client types and actual office locations, with useful links between services and solicitors.

Visible professional context

Firm-approved biographies, experience and regulatory information presented where visitors are making their decision.

Consultation enquiry journey

A focused contact route with clear labels, helpful confirmation and a handoff agreed with the people reviewing enquiries.

Technical foundations

Mobile development, accessible navigation and forms, metadata, sitemap, agreed redirects and privacy-conscious enquiry measurement.

Page count, content responsibilities, integrations and support are agreed in your proposal. Explore website plans

03 / A transparent process demonstration

Help the right visitor recognise the right expertise.

Conceptual enquiry journey — a service-design example, not legal advice, a client case study or an outcome claim.

  1. 01

    Recognise the matter

A business owner reaches the commercial disputes page and sees the scope of work.

  2. 02

    Assess the fit

They review the relevant solicitor profile and how the initial enquiry is handled.

  3. 03

    Enquire with confidence

They share basic contact details and a broad matter category, leaving confidential documents for the firm’s approved intake process.

Explore our interactive service-business demo

A general capability demo using fictional data; not an industry client result.

04 / Existing-platform integrations

Connect the enquiry journey to your existing intake process.

We assess your current contact routing, consultation booking links and provider-supported forms before proposing changes. Any CRM or case-management connection depends on documented access, permissions and an agreed scope; it is never assumed to be included.

Confirm the connection before committing.

Conflict checks, client acceptance, identity checks and confidential document handling remain in your firm’s approved process. The website does not give legal advice or automatically accept a client.

05 / From review to launch

A clear process. An agreed next step.

  1. 01

    Understand the firm

Review your priority practice areas, client types, current website and how the team handles first enquiries.

  2. 02

    Design for the decision

Map practice areas to relevant expertise and build a clear, proportionate consultation enquiry route.

  3. 03

    Review with your team

Your firm approves biographies, service descriptions and all regulatory, pricing and privacy wording.

  4. 04

    Validate and hand over

Test mobile navigation, enquiry states, agreed redirects and measurement, then hand over with clear editing responsibilities.

06 / Why Veil Vertex

Thoughtful design. Clear responsibility.

Founder-led decisions

Your requirements receive human review. Scope, price and delivery commitments are agreed before the project moves forward.

Design and development together

The page structure, visual experience and technical handoff are considered together, so the next step works as clearly as it reads.

Proof you can inspect

Explore our clearly identified demonstrations and our own platform. We will discuss relevant experience honestly, without presenting concepts as client results.

07 / Before getting started

Questions before getting started.

Do you work with UK firms even though Veil Vertex is US-operated?

Yes, this service is intended for UK firms. Veil Vertex is operated by Apex Pixel Labs LLC in the United States. We agree communication arrangements, UK content requirements and review responsibilities during scoping.

Can you help us meet our regulatory website obligations?

We can implement the disclosures and content your firm or advisers approve. We do not provide legal advice, determine which rules apply to your firm or certify regulatory compliance.

Can the website connect to our case-management system?

We begin with your existing enquiry and consultation process. A custom connection is quoted only after checking provider documentation, access and data-handling requirements. A website project does not automatically include case-management integration.

How do you handle sensitive enquiry information?

We design the initial enquiry to request only what the firm needs at that stage, with clear guidance on what not to send. Confidential documents and detailed matter information should move through your approved intake channels.

Can you preserve our existing content and search visibility?

We review useful content and existing URLs, map changed pages and implement agreed redirects. Search positions can change; we do not guarantee rankings or a volume of enquiries.

What will it cost, and can our team update it?

We agree the page scope, content responsibilities, editing requirements and integrations before confirming price and milestones. Handover and ongoing support arrangements are set out in the proposal, with existing plans available as a starting point.

Your next step

Make the first enquiry a better starting point.

Tell us about your firm, priority practice areas and current website. Please share business requirements only, without confidential client or matter details.
