Website use

The website is provided for general information about Veil Vertex services, content, pricing ranges, project inquiries, and communication. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.

Project inquiries and acceptance

Submitting a contact form, Project Chat message, project inquiry, or email does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee that Veil Vertex will accept a project. Veil Vertex may review each inquiry to decide whether we can help, what would be included, availability, expected budget, and timing.

Project Chat and human review

Project Chat is a free, AI-assisted guidance experience. It can help organise project information and possible next steps, but it cannot accept a project, confirm final scope or pricing, promise a delivery date, or make a binding commercial decision.

Final decisions and pricing are confirmed personally by the founder. The paid Project Consultation is a separate human consultation and does not begin through Project Chat.

Proposals, pricing, and timelines

Pricing ranges and service descriptions on the website are general estimates. Final pricing, what is included, what you will receive, payment terms, and timelines are not binding unless confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, agreement, or other written confirmation from Apex Pixel Labs LLC or Veil Vertex.

Timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing. Project schedules may depend on client feedback, content, third-party services, approvals, technical complexity, and other practical constraints.

Project Consultation payments

The Veil Vertex Project Consultation and Blueprint requires the fee shown at checkout in the selected currency. The complete consultation fee is credited toward an approved Veil Vertex project.

The consultation fee pays for the structured review after it is delivered and is not a cash-refund promise. Any separately authorised payment adjustment must be confirmed in writing and remains subject to payment-provider processing times.

Every paid Project Consultation is personally handled and reviewed by the founder. The consultation does not guarantee project acceptance, a fixed final quote, complete software architecture or specifications, unlimited consultation, or any particular result.

Milestone payments and approval

Implementation work is divided into written milestones. Each milestone should state its outcome, included and excluded work, price, expected duration, customer inputs, acceptance criteria, review period, correction period, and third-party costs.

You pay for one clear milestone at a time and review its result before approving and paying for the next stage. Later milestones are not charged automatically. You may stop after a completed milestone without owing the price of future milestones.

First Milestone Assurance

If the first milestone does not meet the written outcome we agreed, we will correct the material gap at no additional cost. If we still cannot meet the agreed acceptance criteria, you may stop the project, pay nothing for later milestones, and receive a refund for the first milestone, excluding any pre-approved third-party costs that cannot be recovered.

This is a bounded remedy, not an unlimited satisfaction guarantee. It does not cover new requirements, preference changes outside the approved direction, customer delay, missing customer materials, third-party failures outside Veil Vertex's control, work outside the milestone, or accepted work already used by the customer, except where applicable law or the written agreement requires otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients are generally responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, required content, access to relevant accounts, approvals, and any materials they ask Veil Vertex to use. Client-provided materials should be owned by the client or properly licensed for the intended use.

Intellectual property

Ownership, licence, source-code, credentials, and access treatment for project work are defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Any transfer occurs only as stated there and after applicable payment. Customer-provided materials remain the customer's or their licensors' property. Veil Vertex may use and retain pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, design patterns, code, templates, processes, and know-how when delivering services.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, website editing tools (often called CMS platforms), analytics tools, payment providers, email services, app stores, AI providers, Firebase, Sanity, or connections to other systems (often called APIs). Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, limits, uptime, and operational requirements.

Milestone terms must identify third-party costs, who pays them, and whether they can be recovered. Pre-approved third-party costs that cannot be recovered may be excluded from a First Milestone Assurance refund.

Additional work and termination

Work outside an approved milestone requires a written description, price, and customer approval before it begins. Silence, informal discussion, or use of an existing feature does not approve additional paid work.

Either party may stop future work subject to the applicable written agreement. The customer remains responsible for accepted completed milestones and approved unrecoverable third-party costs, but does not owe the price of unapproved or unfunded future milestones. Access, handoff, refunds, and ownership on termination follow the written milestone plan and agreement.

AI-assisted workflows

Veil Vertex may use AI-assisted workflows to support drafting, summarization, planning, or internal operations. AI-assisted outputs require explicit human review before client-facing communication, publication, or delivery decisions. AI does not make pricing, acceptance, refund, or deadline decisions.

Professional review notice

These terms contain substantive commercial, refund, ownership, termination, and remedy provisions that should receive professional legal review before production financial launch. This notice does not represent legal advice or state that such review has occurred.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided for general informational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veil Vertex and Apex Pixel Labs LLC disclaim warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every visitor's specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability related to website use, inquiries, or informational content is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. Specific project liability terms should be handled in the applicable written agreement.
