For established US small businesses whose current website is outdated, hard to update or no longer explains what they do.
01 / The decision before the click
An outdated website makes customers work harder.
Visitors cannot tell what you do quickly
Services are buried in long pages or vague headings, so people leave before finding the one that fits them.
It no longer looks like the business you are
An older design can undersell the quality of your work, especially next to competitors who have updated.
Updating it has become a chore
Small changes need a workaround or a developer, so hours, offers and services drift out of date.
02 / What we design and build
Website redesign services, planned before anything is rebuilt.
Current-site review
A review of your pages, content, forms and search-relevant URLs, so we agree what stays, what improves and what retires.
Structure and priority pages
A clearer page structure, with your main services given pages of their own and a visible next step on each.
Responsive design and build
A fast, mobile-friendly site designed around how your customers decide, not around a template's limits.
Careful launch and handover
Redirects for changed URLs, form and mobile checks before launch, and a walkthrough of how your team edits content.
Page count, content responsibilities, integrations and support are agreed in your proposal. Explore website plans
03 / A transparent process demonstration
From a crowded homepage to a clear first visit.
Conceptual redesign journey — a design walkthrough, not a client website or measured result.
- 01
Start with the visitor's question
Lead with what you do, who it is for and where you work, in plain language.
- 02
Give each service a path
Priority services get focused pages instead of one long list.
- 03
Make the next step obvious
Every page ends with a clear route to call, book or send an inquiry.
A general capability demo using fictional data; not an industry client result.
04 / Existing-platform integrations
Keep the tools your business already uses.
Booking tools, email marketing, payment links and CRM forms often sit behind an existing website. We list those connections during the audit and check each tool's supported embeds or documented integrations before confirming what the redesign includes.
Confirm the connection before committing.
Some platform-specific apps, memberships or store data may not transfer directly. Online stores, customer accounts and order history are assessed separately and are only included when agreed in your proposal.
05 / From review to launch
A clear process. An agreed next step.
- 01
Review the current site
Look at your public website, priority pages, search-relevant URLs and the tools connected to it.
- 02
Plan the redesign
Agree the page structure, content responsibilities, redirects and integrations before building.
- 03
Design and build
Create the new site, move and improve the agreed content, and test forms and connections on a staging version.
- 04
Launch carefully
Check redirects, mobile layouts and measurement, switch over, then hand over with editing guidance.
06 / Why Veil Vertex
Thoughtful design. Clear responsibility.
Founder-led decisions
Your requirements receive human review. Scope, price and delivery commitments are agreed before the project moves forward.
Design and development together
The page structure, visual experience and technical handoff are considered together, so the next step works as clearly as it reads.
Proof you can inspect
Explore our clearly identified demonstrations and our own platform. We will discuss relevant experience honestly, without presenting concepts as client results.
07 / Before getting started
Questions before getting started.
What does the free website audit include?
Three findings about your current website, prioritized by likely customer impact, each with a practical next step, plus an optional 20-minute review with the founder. Requests are reviewed before acceptance, and the audit does not create a paid engagement.
Do you need access to our website for the audit?
No. The audit uses only the information visible on your public website. We do not need a login or access to your systems.
Do we need to replace the whole website?
Not necessarily. We may recommend a focused improvement, a redesign of priority pages or a fuller rebuild, depending on what the evidence supports.
How much does a website redesign cost?
It depends on page count, content readiness, integrations and whether a store is involved. We agree a bounded scope, price and timeline before work starts. Existing website plans provide a starting point, not a quote for every site.
How long does a redesign take?
Timing depends on the number of pages, content readiness, feedback, integrations and migration needs. A realistic schedule is confirmed after review.
Will a redesign affect our Google rankings?
We review existing URLs and useful content, plan redirects for changed pages and check indexing foundations at launch to reduce avoidable losses. Search positions can still change after any redesign; we do not guarantee rankings or traffic.
Can you work with our existing platform?
Possibly. We first assess whether your current platform can support the result you need instead of recommending replacement by default.
Your next step
Start with what should actually change.
Share your current website and what it is holding back. We review each request, and accepted audits receive three prioritized findings you can act on.
